摘要 近年来,鲍曼不动杆菌感染日益增多,并呈现多重耐药甚至是泛耐药趋势。本文就鲍曼不动杆菌对临床主要使用的抗菌药物的耐药机制研究进展做一综述。 Recently the clinician were challenged for infections due to muhidrug- resistance Acinetobacter baumannii, even pandrug resistance. This review emphasizes on the mechanisms of resistance to selected antibiotics in Acinetobacter baumannii.
