摘要
用呼吸室法研究了不同饥饿时间及不同温度对欧洲丁鱥(Tinca tinca L)幼鱼(体重3.65~4.92g)耗氧率的影响。结果表明,随着饥饿时间的延长,欧洲丁鱥幼鱼的耗氧率呈下降趋势,饥饿前期的0d、3d、6d耗氧率下降差异显著(P<0.05),饥饿后期的9d、12d耗氧率下降变缓,差异不显著(P>0.05);其耗氧率呈昼夜节律性,白天平均耗氧率低于夜间平均耗氧率;在水温20℃、23℃、26℃和29℃时,欧洲丁鱥幼鱼的耗氧率与温度呈正相关,水温上升为32℃时,耗氧率出现下降。
The method of respiratory chamber had been applied to research the effects of starvation and temperature on the oxygen consumptin rate of juvenile Tinca tinca Linnaeus(body weight 3.65~4.92 g).The results indicated that with the extension of starvation time,the oxygen consumption rate of juvenile fish showed downward trend,when starvation for 0 d,3 d,6 d,the oxygen consumption rate declined significantly (P<0.05);the last starvation for 9 d,12 d,the oxygen consumption rate declined slowly,and difference was insignificant(P>0.05). Daily fluctuation of the consumption was also observed,the average of oxygen consumption rate at the day was lower than that at the night.When the water temperature was at the range of 20 ℃,23 ℃,26 ℃ and 29 ℃,oxygen consumption rate of juvenile Tinca tinca had a positive correlation with temperature;when the water temperature rose to 32 ℃,the rate of oxygen consumption decreased.
