神经妥乐平治疗胶原酶盘外溶解术残留麻木的临床研究 被引量:1

摘要 目的:观察神经妥乐平用于胶原酶盘外溶解术治疗腰椎间盘突出症术后残留麻木的疗效,并与对照组比较。分组:80例伴有麻木症状的腰椎间盘突出症患者分为主观麻木组和客观麻木组(各40例),每组随机分为对照组和治疗组(各20例)。方法:本组患者均行胶原酶盘外溶解术,治疗组在溶解术后第1天予以肌肉注射神经妥乐平3ml,1次/日,7天为一疗程;对照组:溶解术后7天内不做任何相关治疗。分别记录溶解术前和溶解术后1周麻木VAS评分。结果:两组溶解术后1周麻木的VAS评分治疗组分别与对照组比较有统计学差异(P<0.05)。结论:肌肉注射神经妥乐平可以缓解胶原酶盘外溶解术后残留麻木,提高出院临床治愈率。 Objective:To observe the efficiency of Neurotropin to treat the remai ned numbness after extra-disc injection of collagenase. Methods:80 patients, who were injected collagenase because of lumbar disc herniation along with objective numbness or subjective numbness, were divided into group of objective numbness and group of subjective numbness, each group had 40 cases. Then, each group were re-divided into control group and treatment group with Neurotropin intramuscular injection, which had 20 cases. Resuits : The VAS of numbness in treatment group with Neurotropin were significantly lower than that in control group at one week after treatment. Conclusion:Intramuscular injection of Neurotropin can reduce the numbness after extra-disc injection of collagenase, which improve clinical excellent rate of one week after treatment.
