Choosing and Application of Amalgam Used in Covered CFLs

针对目前带罩节能灯由于固汞特性方面的原因导致的光效低、离散性大,灯光通上升特性差的问题,本文从管径与最佳汞蒸气压的关系、带罩节能灯用固汞及特性、固汞的选择方法、铟耗散机理4个方面来论述带罩节能灯主辅助汞齐的设计及工艺要求。

In view of the problems with CFLs including the low luminous efficiency, the large dispersion and the long flux-climbing time, which are caused by the characteristics of amalgam, this article discusses the design for amalgam and indium mesh in covered CFLs and manufacturing techniques from four aspects： the relationship between tube diameter and the best mercury vapor pressure, the effect of using amalgam in covered CFLs, amalgam choosing for covered CFLs, the indium dissipation principle.
