摘要
目的分析同一时期、同一病房脑外手术后患者切口分泌物分离的7株产超广谱β-内酰胺酶(ESBLs)肺炎克雷伯菌的耐药性及基因检测。方法K-B法药敏试验,ESBLs表型测定,聚合酶链反应(PCR)扩增BLA编码基因片段并测定核苷酸序列。结果7株产ESBLs肺炎克雷伯菌耐药表型相同,扩增BLA编码基因片段测定核苷酸序列,为CTX-M-3型ESBLs亲缘关系密切的同源菌。结论7株产ESBLs肺炎克雷伯菌均是同源菌,并在同一病房引起过小规模暴发流行。
OBJECTIVE To analyze the resistance and gene existing in 7 extended-spectrum beta-lactamases(ESBLs) producing Klebsiella pneurnoniae strains from patients after cerebral surgical operation. METHODS Susceptibility test, ESBLs screening and nucleotide sequencing for PCR products of β-1actamase BLA such as CTX-M, TEM, OXA, SHV, GES, PER and VEB were taken. RESULTS seven isolates of K. pneumoniae may have closed relation with CTX-M positive. CONCLUSIONS The little outbreak might be caused by these 7 homologous strains in the same.
