志贺菌属分离株中发现氯霉素外排泵基因cm1A1 被引量:4

摘要 目的明确志贺菌属(SHI)对氯霉素的耐药基因。方法采用纸片扩散法进行药敏试验;采用聚合酶链反应(PCR)检测志贺菌属对氯霉素耐药基因(catB、cmlA);并应用DNA测序确定基因型。结果20株志贺菌属对氯霉素耐药率为70.0%;检出氯霉素cmlA基因阳性2株(阳性率10.0%),未检出catB基因;cmlA基因阳性产物测序确定为cmlA1。结论本组志贺菌属中检出氯霉素外排泵基因cmlA1,这是志贺菌属在国内的首次报道。 OBJECTIVE To investigate mechanisms of chloramphenicol resistance in multi-drug-resistant strains of Shigella. METHODS The strains of multi-resistant Shigella were detected with K-B susceptibility method. The genes (catB,cm1A) of chloramphenicol resistance were detected by polymerase chain reaction(PCR) and the DNA sequencing. RESULTS In 20 strains, the drug-resistance rate of Shigella to chloramphenicol was 70. 0%. Two strains carried cm1A but no catB detected was out. The cm1A gene product sequence showed it was cm1A1. CONCLUSIONS The multiple-drug resistante cm1A1 is detected out. This is the first report in China.
