Management of Hospital Infection in Sterilization and Supply Department

目的加强消毒供应室医院感染管理,提高医疗护理质量,预防与控制医院感染。方法对消毒供应室医院感染管理过程中可能出现的危险因素和原因进行分析。结果对消毒供应室的清洗、包装、灭菌、储存、发放等操作流程规范化管理,有效地控制了医院感染。结论严格执行操作规程、规范管理是预防与控制医院感染的重要措施。

OBJECTIVE To prevent hospital infection in the sterilization and supply department and improve medical and nursing quality. METHODS Working steps and factors probably related to hospital infection in the sterilization and supply department were investigated, which included rinse, package, sterilization, storage and supply. RESULTS The incidence of hospital infection went down because of strictness of working steps in the sterilization and supply department. CONCLUSIONS Strictness of working steps in the sterilization and supply department can effectively decrease the incidence of hospital infection
