摘要
目的探讨医务人员血源性职业暴露风险的防范与对策。方法对2004年1月1日-2007年6月30日医院内的血源性职业暴露伤害填报告表,并收取资料数据,根据医院情况制定管理措施和办法。结果医院397人次受血源性职业暴露伤害,其中医师96人次,护士301人次,但无1人感染血源性传染病。结论医院重视,管理处置措施到位,能很好地防止血源性传染病对医务人员的伤害。
OBJECTIVE To discuss the prevention and countermeasures of occupational bloodborne exposure risks m health care workers. METHODS The data of the exposure materials, and the management measure were collected. RESULTS Totally 397 people were exposed to hematogenous exposure injury, of which 96 doctors people, and 301 nurses, but no one got infection disease. CONCLUSIONS Good management can prevent the injury caused by occupational exposure.
