耐碳青酶烯类抗菌药物铜绿假单胞菌金属酶研究 被引量:5

摘要 目的分析2006年分离的5株耐碳青酶烯类抗菌药物铜绿假单胞菌产金属酶情况。方法纸片法(K-B法)测定5株耐碳青酶烯类抗菌药物铜绿假单胞菌对10种抗菌药物的耐药性,琼脂稀释法测定9种抗菌药物对菌株的最低抑菌浓度(MIC),2-巯基乙酸纸片协同试验检测菌株产金属酶情况,聚合酶链反应(PCR)和序列分析明确金属酶基因型。结果5株耐碳青酶烯类抗菌药物铜绿假单胞菌对2-巯基丙酸纸片协同试验阳性1株,该菌株金属酶引物VIM-2扩增阳性,经测序证实为VIM-2型金属酶。结论发现1株产VIM-2型金属酶的铜绿假单胞菌,该菌株对多种抗菌药物耐药,应当引起临床重视。 OBJECTIVE To study the metallo-β-lactamases of 5 carbapenem resistant Pseudornonas aeruginosa isolates, which were recovered at 2006 in the Third People's Hospital of Yueqing. METHODS K-B method was used to determine the antimicrobial agents susceptibility in 5 isolates. The minimal inhibitive concentrations (MICs) of antimierobial agents to these strains were determined by agar dilution method. Double disk synergy test was used to detect the metallo-β-lactamase. Molecular screening for blaIMP, blaVIM, and blaSPM was carried out using PCR method. The PCR product was sequenced. RESULTS One out of the 5 carbapenem resistant P. aeruginosa was positive for MBL double disk synergy test, and confirmed to contain blaVIM-2 gene. CONCLUSIONS A blaVIM-2-producing isolate of P. aeruginosa is identified. This carbapenem-resistant isolate is all multi-drug resistant.
