世界各国都是以家庭经济调查作为认定贫困生的主要手段,基于家庭经济调查,文章介绍了国外认定贫困生的主要指标及计算方法,探讨了国内相关的研究现状,最后对文献简要评述,以期能为我国高校贫困生的认定提供借鉴和启示。

Means-Test is the main method to identify the needy students all over the word. The author introduces the main indexes, the criteria and the method to determine the needy students in Universities or Colleges in foreign countries. It discusses the relevant research in China. Finally it provides a brief literature review, expecting to offer reference and suggestion to the research of determinating the needy students in universities or colleges in China.
