摘要
温度场变化是直流电动机性能的一个重要因素。以一台电动车用永磁无刷直流电动机为例,建立整个电动机与定子的三维温度场模型,并运用有限元法对三维温度场进行分析计算。验证三维温度场模型的正确性。通过使用定子和全域温度场的计算结果与实测值的比较,验证其是否满足工程精度的要求,比较定子模型与全域模型的计算精度。
The change of temperature field is one of the significant factors influencing the performance of DC motor. Takes a permanent magnet brushless DC motor for electric bicycle as an example to analyse and caculate the temperatue field on the basis of the models of the whole motor and stator both, on the application of finite element method. This research demonstrates the aecuray of 3D temperature field model. By comparing the test and the caculation results of the stator and the whole motor models ,the passage proves whethor or not it meets the demand of this project. It also compares the precision difference between stator and whole motor model.
