摘要
利用ANSYS-LS/DYNA建立盘形滚刀破碎岩石的数值仿真模型,对盘形滚刀破碎岩石进行分析仿真。分析盘形滚刀的破岩机理,岩石在盘形滚刀的滚压作用下产生弹性塑性变形,引起岩石的损伤积累,当岩石完全损伤时发生破碎。得到了滚刀切割过程中受到的垂直力、滚动力及侧向力,滚刀切割岩石过程中受到的冲击力比较大。
Numerical simulation model of rock cutting by disc cutter was created by using ANSYS-LS/DYNA and rock cutting process by disc cutter was simulated. Analysed the rock fragmentation mechanism of disc cutter,the rock elastic-plastic deformation occurred when the cutter cuting the rock ,then the damage was accumulated. The rock breaks when completely damaged. The normal force, rolling force and side force of the disc cutter were calculated, it indicated that the cutter was subjected to large impact.
