摘要 介绍自动化程度高的电铅铸锭机组,研究可编程控制器(PLC)与触摸屏技术在电铅铸锭机组中的应用。电控系统以PLC为核心,触摸屏为可视化操作界面。该系统改变了人工铸锭的传统控制方式,提高了劳动生产力。 Introduced the automatist high electricity lead ingot casting unit, and has conducted the thorough research to PLC and the touching screen technology in the electricity lead ingot casting unit's application, the electrically controlled system take PLC as the core, the touching screen for the visualization operation contact surface. The design and realization of electrically controlled system changed the tradition control mode of artificial ingot casting and enhanced the labor productivity.
