摘要
针对汽车制动安全性预警试验系统存在的数据传输实时性不足的问题,提出一种基于快速算法和高速无线传输模式的轮胎内置制动信号收发新系统,它无须扩展微处理器内存,即可以实现采样信号的高效平滑去噪、制动拐点自动识别和制动时段采样数据的实时传送。试验结果表明,系统能满足轮胎在高达120km/h的转速下制动性能动态监测的实时性要求。
The experimental automobile breaking performance early-warning system, previously developed by our team needs to be improved in real-time data transmission. Presents a new scheme of tire mounted braking signal transmit-receive system based on fast algorithm and high-speed wireless transmission, which is highly efficient to smooth the sample signals and detect automatically the starting time of braking as well as real-time transmit the braking signals to outer receiver under the condition of limited RAM in microcontroller. This system passes the braking test of tire at speed up to 120kin/h, and achieves the real-time transmission requirement.
