摘要 分析曲轴的用途及加工要求,针对大重型曲轴的加工,提出利用现有设备与部分专用工艺装备相结合,组成封闭加工系统;合理安排工艺控制曲臂的变形,对关键部位的加工重点控制,保证了大重型曲轴加工质量。 Analysis of the crankshaft and processing requirements for the crankshaft of the re-processing, made use of existing equipment and tooling for some ingenious combination of closed processing system; reasonable arrangements for process control crank the deformation of the key parts of the processing key control so that the processing of heavy crankshaft to achieve a break-through, the successful completion of processing tasks. Preparation crankshaft success, as a heavy-duty crankshaft processing provides a useful reference.
