本文分析和探索了光学显微摄影条件的控制,物象部位的选择,影象颗粒度大小的控制,以及提高显微照片清晰度的措施。
The present text looks into the control of the conditions of optical photomicrography, the selection of the location of the objective image, the control of the particle size of image, and the measures which will improve the clarity of microphotoraph.
