Toll样受体和移植物抗宿主病

摘要 异基因造血干细胞移植(allo-HSCT)是目前治疗某些恶性血液系统肿瘤、遗传性或获得性难治性血液系统疾病及实体肿瘤的最终治疗手段,而移植物抗宿主病(GVHD)是造成allo-HSCT患者生活质量下降和死亡的主要并发症,成为allo-HSCT的最大障碍。Toll样受体(Toll like receptor,TLR)作为一种模式识别受体,
