小康社会农村人居水环境评价指标体系构建

Construction of evaluation index system of rural residential water environment for well-off society

按照全面建设小康社会的要求,提出了农村人居水环境评价指标选取的基本原则和依据,构建了由5个Ⅰ级指标和11个Ⅱ级指标组成的农村人居水环境评价指标体系。该研究可为水利行业和地方制定农村人居水环境改善规划、评价进展及成效提供参考。

Based on the the requirement of the well-off society, the paper put forword the basic principle and the basis of choosing index, then the evaluation index system of rural residential water enviroment whrich is constituted by 5 first grade indexes and 11 second indexes is constructed. The research could provide references for water sector and local government at making rectifying plan of rural residential water environment and evaluating it＇s progress and effect.
