股份合作制是企业改制的一种模式，有其自身的优势。但股份制和合作制有根本不同。因此，股份合作制作为二者结合的产物有自身的矛盾，有推广中的困难。股份合作制是过渡形式。在指导实践时要实事求是，尊重客观规律。

AbstractJoint stock co-operative system is one model of enterprise system,which has its own advantages.Share system is quite different from co-operative system,sojoint stock co-operative system,as the result of the combination of the two systems,has its own contradictions in itself and there are difficulties to popularize it.Joint stock co-operative system is a transitive form.In putting it into practice,we should observe objective laws.
