摘要
以水泥回转窑的控制为对象,采用模糊控制器来实现控制。阐述了控制器的设计思想,利用MATLAB中的模糊工具箱设计模糊控制器,通过语言变量的模糊化,并有机地将MATLAB与SIMULINK结合起来方便有效地实现模糊控制系统的设计和仿真。通过仿真证明模糊控制响应速度快,超调量小。
In the paper, control system of cement rotary kiln was confirmed control object. The paper expounds the thought of controller design and describes how a fuzzy controller is being designed with the help MATLAB's fuzzy toolbox and how a fuzzy control system is readily being designed and simulated by fuzzification of the algorithm's variables and organic combination of MATLAB and SIMULINK. Results show that, the method is in fast response, small overshoot and good stability.
