摘要
基于服装行业供应商管理、评价的现状,探讨服装供应商评价指标的选取、权重的分配以及评价体系的构建。通过分析供应商评价选择的要求与标准,结合已有的研究成果和相关专家的意见,初步拟定了由7个一级指标和34个二级指标所组成的评价体系。其次,对14家服装企业的高层管理人员、采购管理人员及相关专家进行问卷调查和访谈,利用SPSS13.0统计软件对问卷结果进行信度分析,验证了由调查结果选取的25项指标内容的可行性,最终构建了适合服装企业供应商管理现状的一般性指标体系。
Based on the actuality of garment supplier management and evaluation,the paper investigates the index selection,weight distribution and system construction for evaluation of apparel suppliers.First,requirements and criteria for evaluation are discussed,and based on the existing research results and opinions of experts,an evaluation index system has been proposed,which composed of 7 first-grade indices and 34 second-grade indices.Then,surveys using questionnaires were conducted among managerial employees of fourteen garment enterprises and related experts,the feasibility of 25 indexes has been verified by reliability analysis using SPSS13.0.Finally,a general index system suitable to clothing enterprises has been advanced.
