摘要
当今大多数组织都已认识到人力资源的重要性,并力求通过对人力资源投资来增强组织的竞争力,但由于组织间对人才的争夺使人力资源具有极强的流动性,更由于投资主体与客体间的信息不对称,人力资源投资成为风险极大的投资活动。本文基于"管理生态学"的思想,从人力资源投资风险内涵入手,对人力资源投资风险产生的原因进行分析,在此基础上提出建立降低人力资源投资风险的有效治理机制。
Nowadays most organizations have realized the importance and urgency of investment in human resources and strive to enhance competitiveness through such investments. However, competition for human resources among organizations gives it significant liquidity. In addition, the asymmetric information between investors and receptors makes human resources investment an activity with high risk. In light of the foregoing and based on "ecological management", this paper tries to address the risks of human resources investment approaches to avoid such risks, by defining the connotation of human resources investment risks, analyzing the reasons for such risks, and further putting forward some to end that.
