旅游区的再开发策略--以中山市翠亨村为例

On the re-developing strategy of tourism districts:taking Cuiheng Village of Zhongshan City for example

结合中山市翠亨村旅游发展规划,分析了早期开发旅游区在开发与保护、项目与形式、竞争与合作等方面的问题,提出了此类旅游区实现科学更新,重获发展动力的再开发原则和若干具体对策。

Based on the tourism development planning of Cuiheng Village of Zhongshan City, this paper analyzes the issues of development and conservation, project and form, competition and cooperation etc. in the early developed tourism attractions. It then puts forward a series of concrete counter plans and redevelopment principles so as to realize scientific update to such kind of tourism.
