一次性负压引流器用于肛管排气的效果观察

Observation of the Effect of One-off Negative Pressure Drain on the Blind Enema

将一次性负压引流器用于２１例各类腹部手术后肠胀气病人，并与行肛管排气的１５例病人进行排气效果比较。结果显示：腹胀即刻缓解率一次性负压引流器组２０例，常规肛管排气组５例，经χ２检验有显著性差异（Ｐ＜０．０１）。

The one-off negative pressure drain has been used to 21 patients with flatulence following various abdominal operations,compared with 15 patients using blind enema.Results showed that the flatulence was remitted immediately in 20 cases in the former,and 5 cases in the latter(by χ2 test,P<0.01),suggesting that one-off negative drains have better efficacy.
