摘要
应用高效液相色谱法测定抗病毒口服液中连翘甙的含量，回收率为100．6％±2．24％，相关系数为0．9999，RSD％=1．05％。本法可控制抗病毒口服液的质量。
Phyllirin in 'Antivirotic Oral Liquid' was determined quantitatively by HPLC. The method is sirnple accurate,sensitive and reproducible. The average recovery was (100. 6±2. 24) %,coefficient of variation was 1.05 %,and coefficient of correlation was 0. 9999. The results showed that thls method is suitable for the quality control of 'Antivirotic Oral Liquid
