In Early 2009,Liang Wengen,president of Sany Heavy Industry became the first famous Chinese entrepreneur who vowed to work for an annual salary of one yuan.In the meantime,other high-level managers also claimed to decrease their annual salaries,with the largest decline of 90%. It is often seen that companies take all measures to lay off the headcounts so as to control the cost. But against a background of current crisis,it is out of expectation in China that management team positively decrease their salaries and show generosity to ordinary employees.Some people encourage such'one yuan'entrepreneur,while others argue that this is only a show with limited effect on cost reduction. Anyway,private entrepreneurs' positive action indicates that the relationship between management team and other stake-holders in the company,between company and society have been adjusted silently.
