分别介绍高频、低频光栅的制作原理和制作实例,并对制作光栅的质量进行评定.
We have given the principles and illustrations for the manufacture of the high frequency grating and low frequency grating achieved through the parallelogram method and the Michelson method, respectively. Ancl we have evaluated the qualities of the gratings.
