优质籼型旱稻光温敏核不育系GHS不育性遗传研究 被引量:2

摘要 以光温敏核不育系GHS、安湘S、培矮64S及GHS的突变可育株GHF和15个普通品种为材料,以花粉育性为指标,研究了GHS不育性的遗传规律。结果表明:GHS的不育基因与安湘S、培矮64S的不育基因不等位,GHS是一个新的光温敏核不育材料;GHS的不育性遗传属孢子体不育类型,其不育性由1对隐性基因控制,与细胞质无关。 The inheritance of male sterility of GHS, an indica-type upland rice photo- and thermo-sensitive genetic male sterile (PTGMS) line with fine grain quality, was studied with pollen fertility as the fertility index and the PTGMS lines of GHS, Anxiang S and Pei'ai 64S, the fertile mutant plant GHF of GHS and 15 normal indiea varieties as the materials. The results showed that the male sterile genes of GHS were not allelie to those of Anxiang S and Pei'ai 64S, indicating that GHS is a new PTGMS material. Based on the fertility performance of the F1 , BCF1 and F2 generations of the crosses between GHS and the tested normal varieties, the male sterility of GHS belongs to the sporophytic type of male sterility system, and it is controlled by one pair of recessive nuclear genes with no relation to cytoplasm.
