摘要
煤矿许用炸药可燃气安全度试验中配置甲烷气体是检验的关键,传统的三种配置标准气体的方法(重量法、分压法、流量法)不适合在本系统使用。笔者结合现实的手工配气过程,设计一种快速、精确的二步法专家控制配气方法,并用反复学习算法实现自动调整专家系统中的控制参数。使试验气体浓度精度符合GB18097-2000国家标准,配气过程由粗配和精调组成,所用时间比人工配制方法提高3~5倍。
Configuring CH4 is the key of the test In the degree of safety test of explosive inflamnlable gas, the three traditional meth- ods (by weight, by voltage divided, hy flux) in configuring standard gas is not suit for this, systeln. The author designs a swift and exact two-step-expert-method, which is combined with the manual configuring process, and achieves the auto-regulation of controls parameter of the expert system by iterative learning arithmetic. The eoncentration of testing gas fits for the GB18097-2000.The protess consists of the cursor), regulation and exact regulation and the time is one-third to one-fifth of the manual configuration.
