摘要
ZigBee是一种新兴的短距离、低速率的无线传感器网络技术,在医疗监护领域有着广阔的应用前景。基于单片机的ZigBee无线开发平台因其资源(传输带宽、能量)有限的特点,在数据处理和传输方面面临着新的挑战。针对生理信号的特点,本文提出了一种能够在多数单片机上使用的实时压缩算法——改进型自适应哈夫曼算法。实验表明,该算法可以满足对数据实时压缩的要求。
ZigBee is a kind of new short-range, low-rate wireless sensor networking technology .It has a good market in the field of medical health care. Based on SCM, ZigBee faces new challenges in data processing and dissemination because of the limited resources (bandwidth, energy). Considering characters of biomedical signals, the paper proposes the Improved Adaptive Huffman Algorithm, a real-time compression algorithm can be used in SCM. Experiment verifies that the algorithm can satisfy real-time compression.
