The Calculation and analysis of measurement uncertainties of RF/Microwave power measurement

摘要 本文根据戴维宁等效电路,建立了射频/微波功率传输信号流图,阐述了功率测量电路中相关测量参数及其相互关系,并分析了测量不确定度的来源及改善失配误差的方法,最后介绍了常见的三种测量不确定合成方法:最大误差不确定度、RSS误差不确定度和扩展不确定度。 On the base of Thevenin equivalent circuit, the signal flowgraph for RF/microwave power transmission was built up. It expounded the characteristic parameters of power measurement and the relationship between these parameters. The source of measurement uncertainty and the advanced techniques to improve it were also introduced. At last, three alternative methods of combing power measurement uncertainties, such as the worst-ease uncertainty, RSS uncertainty and power measurement model for ISO process, were expatiated.
