摘要 介绍了一种基于数字图像处理技术的双金属片非接触式检测方法。数字图像处理包括图像的平滑、阈值分割、边缘检测;通过对双金属片轮廓的分析、测量,使用计算二值化图像像素重心的方法得出双金属片的几何中心坐标。利用双金属片中心点附近区域灰度的变化来确定双金属片突跳状态,并给出了检测结果。 This paper introduces a method of non-touch detecting bimetallic strip based on digital image processing technology. Digital image processing includes image smooth, , sharpening , edge detection, and binarization. Though the analysis and measurement of bimetallic strip contour, the geometric center coordinates can be given by computing the binary image pixels bary center. Determining the bimetallic strip state by comparing? the grayseale of the region near the center of it ,and giving out the result.
