积累经验 稳步推进——普渡大学新世纪战略规划的经验与启示

摘要 为了应对21世纪的变化,越来越多的高校开始采用战略规划这一新的管理方法。普渡大学2001年制定了第一个全校性的战略规划并取得了成功。2007年,普渡大学启动了第二轮战略规划。文章对普渡大学战略规划制定的过程、方法与内容进行了分析,以期为我国研究型大学战略规划提供借鉴。
