现阶段中国经济正在快速发展,但中国农村经济的发展却没有跟上整体经济发展的步伐,其原因主要是:现代工业化的发展战略影响了农村金融地位、农民没有话语权、政策制定者的行为消极。在分析以上原因的基础上作者提出了我国农村金融体制改革的相关政策建议,认为建立农村金融特区是解决我国农村金融改革的一个现实选择。

At the present stage, Chinese economy is developing fast, but the Chinese rural economy＇s development actually has not followed the whole economic development. Its main reason is following： The modern industrializationg developmental strategy affected the rural finance statues, the farmer didnl have the words power and the policy maker＇s behavior. In the foundation of the analyzed above reasons, the author proposed the policy suggestion to our country rural finance organizational reform. He thought to establish the rural finance special zone was a reality choice to solve our country rural finance reform.
