摘要
我国民营经济的发展过程中一个主要的制约因素是管理模式和管理制度的僵化与落后,本文分析了民营企业发展过程中管理模式的演变路径,指出了家族式民营企业管理中存在的问题。阐述了民营企业在产权制度、人力资源开发、决策机制、激励机制、企业文化等方面进行创新的具体思路。
In the process of private economy development in our country, the main restrict factor is the ossification and backwardness of management patterns and control systems. This article analyses the management way in the Private enterprise developing process and points out the present situation and question of the management of private corporation. On the base of the analysis, we propose specific path and countermeasures of private corporation managemeng from property system, and so on, human resources development, decision-making mechanism, incentive mechanism, enterprise culture .
