摘要
利用枝粪霉分生孢子主动弹射的特点,在马铃薯葡萄糖琼脂培养基上分离到一株来自蛙粪中的蛙粪霉。该菌分生孢子球形,有一锥状乳突,通过火箭方式主动弹射,23.2~49.8×21.6~46.5μm,固着性分生孢子在分生孢子萌发的纤细芽管上形成,棱形、香肠形或长窄梨形,长34.2~78.0μm。休眠孢子易于大量形成,成熟时外壁波浪状,平均31.4±4.2×29.1±3.4μm,该菌生长迅速同时产生强烈的“666”味道。
Basidiobolous ranarum was isolated from frogs excretion by using the character of Basidiobolous shooting conidia in Nanping of Fujian Province. The conidia was globose discharging 23.2-49.8μm×21.6-46.5μm, averaging 32 .1±5.5×29.1±4.6μm in rocket-like action. Adhensive conidia, elongated-ell-ipsoidal, straight or single curved forms at the tip of slender tube germ-ined by conidia, and 34.2-78.0μm long. Resting spores formed abundantly in PDA culture medium, mature resting spores undulating the outer wall, 31.4± 4.2nm×29.1±3.4n.m (av. ) . The growth is very well and give forth strong odour.
