On the Constraints and Countermeasures of the Development of the Right of TV Broadcast for Professional Sports in China

通过文献资料法,对体育赛事电视转播权进行概述,然后从观念、制度、市场、营销、政策法规和自身发展等6个方面对我国职业体育电视转播权开发制约因素进行分析,探求我国职业体育电视转播权开发中存在的问题,从而提出我国职业体育电视转播权开发的对策与建议。

By means of literature review, the author of the paper overviews the TV broad- cast right of sports events,analyzes the constraints for developing the TV broadcast right of professional sports in China from the five aspects of concept, system, marketing, policies and regulations and self-development and explores the current problems in the development of TV broadcast right for Chinese professional sports. Subsequently,some coun termeasures and suggestions of developing the TV broadcast right for Chinese professional sports are put forward.
