16周动感单车课程对大学生身体形态及生理机能的影响 被引量:16

摘要 了解动感单车课程的健身功效和原理,为大学生科学健身提供理论依据。以参加健身俱乐部的15名大学生为实验对象,进行为期16周的有氧动感单车课程锻炼,对其参加课程前后的身体形态和生理机能进行分析。男女子组的腰围、体脂百分比和静息心率都明显减小,肺活量明显提高,均存在显著性差异(P<0.05)。男女子组的最大摄氧量和相对最大摄氧量虽都有上升的趋势,但不具有显著性差异(P>0.05)。女子组的臀围和大腿围呈减小趋势,而男子组则相反。动感单车课程具有明显的降脂功能,对塑造健美的体型和良好的体态有较好的作用,对提高心肺功能,发展机体的有氧能力有明显效果。骑行的姿势、强度、时间和练习方式的不同可引起身体形态和生理机能不同程度的适应性变化,应根据自身需要,有针对性地进行选择。 The purpose of this study is to find out the principle and ettectlveness of fitness of the spinning course and to provide a theoretical basis for the scientific fitness for undergraduates. 15 students who have joined in a fitness club are taken as subjects,and are given an aerobic exercise of spinning course for 16 weeks. Subsequently, the students' body shape and physiological functions before and after the course are analyzed. The re suit shows that both the male and the female groups' waistline, percentage of fat and the resting rate have been reduced significantly, and their lung capacity has improved obvi ously,which all indicate significant differences (P〈0. 05). Although there is a rising trend in the maximal oxygen uptake and the relative oxygen uptake for both groups, there is not any significant difference (P〉0.05). There is a reducing trend in the hip circum ference and thigh circumference in the female group. But there is an opposite trend in the male group. The spinning exercise course has obvious lipid-lowering function,and it has good effects on body-shaping and building a good figure. It also can improve the cardiopulmonary function and the aerobic capacity of the body. The difference in riding pos ture, strength, time and manner of exercise can make adaptive changes for the body shape and physiological functions in various ways. Therefore, the choice of spinning exercise should be made according to different personal needs.
