On Performance Evaluation of Community Sports Clubs

在社区体育俱乐部迅速发展的今天,对其建立科学的绩效评估体系是十分重要的,也是十分必要的。期望能为促进我国社区体育俱乐部的健康发展贡献出力量。以我国社区体育俱乐部的绩效考核指标体系设计与构建为研究对象,借鉴一般商业企业经营和非营利组织的绩效指标体系设计与构建的原理与方法,剖析我国社区体育俱乐部设计与构建绩效考核指标体系的客观必然性、原则与目标、措施与策略等,着重介绍了"平衡计分卡"方法在社区体育俱乐部绩效评估中的应用。

Today, in an era of fast development of community sports clubs, it＇s very important and necessary to build up a scientific system of performance evaluation. The purpose of this study is in a hope of making some contributions for promoting the healthy development of the community sports clubs in China. Taking the system design and construction of the performance evaluation indexes in the community sports clubs in China as research subjects,the authors have made use of some of the principles and approaches of system design and construction of performance indexes used by general commercial and business management and by the non-commercial organizations, and analyzed the objective inevitability, principles, target, measures and strategies, etc. of the performance evaluation indexes designed and constructed by most community sports clubs in China. Most of all, the application of a ＇balanced scoring card＇ in the performance evaluation for community sports clubs is introduced in the study.
