摘要
以针刺加小剂量麻醉药进行肺切除术５０例，结果，肺阴虚患者针麻效果优于肺气虚患者。以血皮质醇为指标，与全麻组对照，两组患者术中、术后值皆较术前值显著提高，且术后１天，针麻效果佳者血皮质醇降低多，提示，针刺可以调节机体对外来刺激的反应，使机体更快恢复平衡。
