中小企业各种管理活动对信息系统的依赖程度越来越高,而突发事件时有发生,处理不当容易引发严重后果,因此,中小企业信息系统的应急管理越来越重要。文章简要论述了信息系统突发事件和应急管理的概念及内涵,对国内外信息系统应急管理的研究现状和特点进行了分析和归纳,并指出了当前中国中小企业信息系统应急管理的不足和发展方向。

The emergency management of SMEs information systems is becoming more and more important. This article briefly discusses the concept and content of emergency management, analyzes and summarizes the related research situation, both at home and abroad.
