抓住国家扩大内需的有利时机,铁道部进一步扩大铁路建设规模,计划2009年新开项目与新增投资均创历史最高水平。

In the four trillion stimulous plan, railway sector was put in a significant position.More over, in the adding 100 billion investment, 15 billion will be put in the railway construction.It is estimated that related construction which benefit from the 15 bilion will drive another 50 billion investment.Zhang Ping, director of Development and Reform Commission, said on the press conference that, the lo-gistics-related infrastructure investment will add up to 1.8 trillion, taking 45 percent of the total investment share.In another plan, China will put 4 trillion in railway construction, adding 4 trillion kilometers railway by 2010, and invest 5 trillion yuan by 2020.
