摘要
针对目前铅钙合金人工浇注的现状,根据现场调研和现代机械控制系统的前沿技术及理论,提出了基于"传感器与触摸屏—PLC—变频器"硬件架构的铅钙合金自动浇注系统方案;为了使研制的自动浇注系统与直线铸型机相匹配,并达到熔体低氧化、锭重精确且在线可调等目标,文章对该浇注系统进行了4个方面研究,分别是系统功能设计,机械、气动系统技术研发,控制系统软硬件研发;现场运行情况表明,系统操作简便,自动化程度高,人机界面友好,该项研究为铅钙自动浇注系统的开发提供了重要的参考依据。
In light of Pb--Ca alloy Artificial casting status, we made the lead--calcium alloy casting system automatically programme, that is based on the "sensors and touch--screen -- PLC--frequency converter" hardware structure. In order to enable the development of automated gating system and linear casting machine to match, and reached a low melt oxidation, spindles and re--adjustable precision tar- gets, we has carried out the research in the four aspects of the system, namely system design, mechanical, pneumatic system technology re- search and development, the control system hardware , software research and development. The running of the scene shows that, the sys- tem is simple and convenient, a high degree of automation, man--machine interface is friendly. This research provides the important refer- ence for the development of Pb--Ca alloy automatic casting system.
