四川省绵阳市地震灾后动物防疫应急工作评估

Evaluation on Emergency Work of Animal Epidemic Prevention after Earthquake of Mianyang in Sichuan Province

四川省绵阳市畜牧兽医系统通过采取座谈、查阅防控工作文件档案、查验应急处置现场、走访调查群众和实验室监测等方法,对地震重灾区绵阳市各县市区灾后动物防疫应急工作进行了认真、细致的评估。由于全市灾后动物防疫应急工作领导重视,组织得力,相关部门密切配合,应急方案科学规范,应急处置及时有效,成效显著,全市至今没有发生重大动物疫情和人畜共患病疫情,也不存在发生重大动物疫情的风险,但存在一定的疫病风险因素。

To evaluate emergency work of animal epidemic prevention after earthquake of Mianyang that belongs to earthquake stricken area symposium, looking up documents of animal disease prevention,checking the work of emergence response, survey and experimental methods were taken. The results showed that the leaders attached importance to emergency work of animal epidemic prevention after earthquake diseaster and cooperated with other departments timely to prevent major animal epi- demics. The animal epidemic prevention and control have brought noticeable achievements by using seientifie normative emergency treatment in time. There is no prevalention and potential risk of major animal epidemics and zoonoses. But there are few factors to cause animal disease in local places.
