摘要
应用FⅧ相关抗原并采用LSAB法对54例手术切除的胃癌组织微血管进行了定量研究，结果表明，早期胃癌微血管密度明显低于进展期胃癌（P＜0．02）；进展期胃癌中，高分化腺癌微血管数明显低于低分化腺癌和末分化癌（P＜0．02，P＜0．01）；微血管密度和腔面积在有无淋巴结转移两组胃癌中差异亦分别有显著性意义（P＜0．01，P＜0．01）。提示微血管与胃癌细胞分化、浸润及淋巴结转移有关，为临床抗微血管治疗肿瘤提供有价值的指标。
Microvessel quantitation in 54 cases carcinoma of stomach was studied by LSAB using antibody to factor Ⅷ-related antigen.The results showed the microvessel count of early gastric carcinoma was lower than that of advanced gastric carcinoma(P<O.02).In advanced gastric carcinoma,the microvessel count of well-differentiated adenocarcinoma was lower than that of low-differentiated and non-differentiated adeno-carcinoma(P <0. 02,P<0.01). The microvessel count and the area of micro vesselwere obviously dif<1. ferent between node-positive and node-negative groups(P<0.01,P<0.01). It was showed that the microvesselwas correlated with the tumor cell differentiation, invasive,and metastasis of lymph node. It was a valuable parameter forclinical treatment on patient with gastric carcinoma.
