医用皱纹纸与全棉布包装灭菌物品性能比较分析

Comparative analysis of the sterilization effect of articles packed with medical ripple paper and full cotton

目的:分析医用皱纹纸与全棉布的灭菌、阻菌效果及成本、性能,选择良好的包装材料应用于临床。方法:将医用皱纹纸与棉布包装物品分组,随机抽样进行细菌培养,并同时进行成本、性能比较。结果:医用皱纹纸包装的各种性能均优于棉布包装。结论:医用皱纹纸包装与传统棉布类包装相比,具有理想的灭菌和阻菌效果,并降低包装成本,不同程度地减轻了人力、物力,节省了医疗资源,降低了医院感染风险,对控制医院感染的发生起到一定作用,可代替全棉布用于可重复利用医疗器材的包装,值得推广应用。

Objective： To explore the sterilization, blocking bacteria effect, cost and function on the article packed with medical ripple paper and full cotton, thereby to choose good packaging materials for clinical application. Methods： The articles packed with medical ripple paper and full cotton were divided into two groups, then cultivated bacterial of the articles by random sampling. The cost and function were compared. Results： The article packed with medical ripple paper was superior in many respects to the full cotton. Conclusion： Compared the medical ripple paper packaging with the traditional flail cotton, the medical ripple paper owned the ideal sterilization and blocldng bacteria effects, which reduced the cost of packaging, material and manpower. It also saved the medical resources and reduced the risk of hospital infection. So it is suggested to popularize the medical ripple paper packaging, which could be used to pack recyclable medical supplies instead of full cotton.
