摘要
在教育实践中,教师宣誓是一个人们需要直面的问题。追寻教师职业道德的源泉,探讨教师宣誓就职的重要价值,思考教师誓词的具体内容,重建教师职业的道德精神,不仅有助于教师个人从他律走向自律、从自在走向自为、从平凡走向高尚,同时也有助于学生、家长及社会各界人士更好地理解和支持教师所从事的职业和事业,并同教师一起行动,共同完成"教育和灾难赛跑"这一光荣而又艰巨的任务。
The problem of teacher's taking an oath is a real problem for the theoretical researchers, educational policy makers, and practitioners to confront and think over. Therefore, it is also quite necessary and meaningful to search for the source of teacher's professional ethics, to explore its important values, and to construct the concrete contents to rebuild the teacher's professional morality, which could not only help our teachers to develop from others-direct to self-direct, from in itself to for itself, from commonness to nobleness, but also help our colleagues, students and people in every social sectors to understand and support our profession, to practice actively with us, so that we could carry out the hard but honorable task that is "education's competition with disaster in a race".
