摘要
尽管教师合作的重要性越来越为人们所认识到,教师合作的理论与实践的探究也呈现出空前的繁荣,但对什么是教师合作的揭示还不够深入、系统,人们对教师合作的认识还存在着片面性、模糊性。用理性、客观的态度,揭示教师合作中的一致性与差异性;自愿性与组织性;共享性与保护性等特征,对人们走出对教师合作的认识误区有一定帮助。
Although the importance of teacher cooperation is recognized by more and more people, and the theory and practice on teacher cooperation also have shown unprecedented prosperity, what is teacher cooperation is still not revealed deeply and systemically. The understanding to teacher cooperation is still one-sided and ambiguous. With a rational and objective way, this paper reveals the characteristics of teacher cooperation, that is consistency and otherness ; voluntariness and systematism; sharedness and protectionism, which will help people to go out of the misunderstanding to teacher cooperation.
