摘要
现代教师的生存状态在总体上是倦怠的、被动的和疏离的。倦怠的生存表现为对工作情感耗竭,对学生冷漠迁怒,对自己消极评价;被动的生存表现为在教学过程中、事务工作中和自我发展中的被动;疏离的生存表现为与教学过程的疏离、与学生的疏离和与生活世界的疏离。现代教师生存是职业活动异化的生存,其实质是对教师生命存在与生命本质的背离,是对教师生命意义的消解。
The survival state of modern teachers in general is burnout, passive and alienated. Burnout survival is characteristic of emotional exhaustion to their work, apathy and vent on students, and negative evaluation for themselves. Passive survival is characteristic of passiveness to instructional process, general services and self development. Alienated survival is characteristic of alienation from instructional process, students and life world. The survival state of modern teachers is alienation state to professional activities; its essence is deviation from teachers'life being and life nature, and elimination to teachers' life meaning.
