从西方国家的经验看影响教师教育模式变革的因素 被引量:10

Factors of Effecting on the Change of Teacher Education Model:Learning from the Experience of Western World

摘要 从国际经验探讨教师教育模式变化,有助于我们加深对当今世界教师教育模式的认识,也有助于思考今天我国教师教育改革问题。研究认为,导致教师教育模式变化的主要因素有:中小学校对教师需求由数量为主转为质量为主;教师地位提升的客观需求;教师职业素质提升的要求;人生职业定向时间的推延客观上要求等。 We can learn a lot more about the model of teacher education in today's educational system from the analysis of the model changing in the world. The analysis can deepen our knowledge of reform of teacher education in today's China. We find that there are four factors mainly which caused the change of teacher education model: demand for teachers that changed from quantity to quality; demand for upgrading teacher's status ; demand for upgrading teacher's professional diathesis; demand for putting off the time of personal professional orientation, etc.
